-No nasi lemak during breakfast..wuwuwuwu..bile kawan yg pregnant dok mkn nasi lemak pg2 terliur sekali..wuwuwuw..
Solution lima
-half cup of rice for lunch/dinner

-join exercise
Solution tujuh
-beli kasut sukan ..kasut sukan tertinggal kat kl lak..wuuuuuuuwuwuwu..
Solution lapan
-tutup telinga bile org cakap,"eee,dah debab skit la wak.." Pastu balas balik,"eee..asal ko dah ade dabel chin tu"..Konfem org tu check..Pastu cabut lari..
Solution Sembilan
-swimming..Buat lapan round baru stop!
